= Jezabel Sauce =
This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator, and can be used with any meat, hot or cold. I prefer it with pork, whether chops, roast, loin or whatever. This is a fine example of sweet and hot and is guaranteed to tantalize the taste buds.
1 12-oz jar pineapple preserves
1 10-oz jar apple jelly
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 Cup horseradish
Mix well and refrigerate. Makes 3 cups.
